Cardoons, great plants - beautiful eve...Hi Richard,<br />Cardoons, great plants - beautiful even in a formal garden setting besides in the vegetable garden and on the table as food. The cardoon dish we had the other day was even better as a left-over. Maybe in your climate they would winter over and flower the following season.
