I've taken your lead and ordered some pelletized lettuce seed from Johnny's today. Hope I didn't over-order, but the concept seems especially exciting to me. I had never even heard of such a thing until you mentioned it last year. I also plan on starting beet transplants this year so you're rubbing off on me. Hi Richard,Good for you. I have another gardener who is also getting pelletized stuff. She, like me, has ordered from Stokes seeds and is getting their multi-seeded salad pellets. Another new experiment. Carrots come in pellets too and for some people that would be an alternative to thinning. Keep me posted as to how you like them. When it comes to transplant seeding these pellets are the best.Happy Gardening
